Overview

Registered Nurse – Emergency Room travel assignment in Tillamook, Oregon. Start date 08/24/2026 for 13 weeks, with 36 guaranteed hours per week on a 3x12 night shift. Work at a rural, 25-bed critical access hospital serving Tillamook County and surrounding areas. Weekly pay range: $1,803–$1,868.

• Deliver direct nursing care in the ER, including triage, assessment, treatment, and monitoring of acutely ill or injured patients
• Collect relevant data, analyze findings, formulate diagnoses, and develop care plans
• Implement the plan, coordinate care delivery, administer medications and therapies, and monitor patient response
• Collaborate with physicians, ancillary staff, patients, and families; participate in discharge planning and patient education
• Provide appropriate supervision and delegation of tasks to other nursing staff; maintain a safe, clean, and healing environment
• Maintain thorough documentation, uphold patient safety standards, and participate in ongoing quality improvement activities

• Current Registered Nurse license in the state of practice (Oregon) or as required by the assignment
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification;
  Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required
• At least two years of recent ER/acute care experience
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced emergency department environment; willingness to travel and commit to a 13-week assignment
• Good communication and teamwork skills; ability to provide patient and family education

• Guaranteed hours: 36 per week
• 13-week travel assignment with a defined start date
• Night shift schedule (7:00 PM–7:00 AM)
• Weekly pay: $1,803–$1,868 per week
• Travel assignment support including recruiter and credentialing assistance
• Onboarding orientation and clinical support on assignment
• Access to payroll and credentialing resources to facilitate the assignment
