We are seeking a registered nurse for a full-time NICU role, primarily working night shifts during weekdays and weekends.
Key responsibilitiesProviding specialized neonatal care, ensuring patient safety, and collaborating with healthcare teams to deliver exceptional treatment.
Qualifications- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Active RN license in the state of practice
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification within 90 days of hire
- Minimum of one year of nursing experience
- Strong neonatal care skills and clinical judgment
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Commitment to patient-centered care and safety
