Pro Medica's Bay Park Hospital in the Surgery department is seeking a Registered Nurse First Assistant to serve as the primary clinician within the surgical/medical plan. You will start, implement and evaluate the nursing plan of care for selected patients.
You will assess patient status to anticipate changes and respond to clinical developments, and take appropriate action in critical situations. This role supports the surgical team and patient care continuity.
