RN​/LPN

Monte Nido & Affiliates, LLC seeks a compassionate RN or LPN to provide nursing care in our residential eating disorder programs for adolescents and adults. In a collaborative, recovery-focused environment, you will complete assessments, administer medications, monitor vitals, and support medical and psychiatric treatment plans. Partner with therapists, dietitians, and physicians, contribute to care team meetings, and ensure safety through observation and crisis response.

• Provide direct nursing care to adolescents and adults in residential eating disorder programs
• Conduct nursing assessments, monitor vitals, and track medical status
• Administer medications and treatments per provider orders and document in EHR
• Collaborate with therapists, dietitians, and physicians on individualized care plans
• Participate in treatment team meetings and communicate clinical observations
• Respond to crises, implement safety protocols, and elevate concerns appropriately
• Educate clients and families on medical and recovery-related topics
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and follow regulatory standards
• Support a recovery-focused, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive environment
