About This Role

The RN participates as a member of the health care team in delivering quality health care to patients, providing a variety of nursing services both in person and by phone. This role is ideal for experienced nurses who are committed to patient care and teamwork.

• Deliver quality health care to patients using the nursing process and leadership skills.
• Advocate for individuals, groups, and communities.
• Utilize critical thinking to problem solve and make decisions.
• Provide culturally sensitive nursing care and education.
• Facilitate effective team functioning and operations.
• Participate in outreach activities to meet clinical targets.
• Use computerized information systems for decision support and care provision.
• Document nursing care provided in compliance with standards.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Coordinate care across all settings, focusing on transitional needs.

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing
• High school diploma or GED required

• Minimum two (2) years of RN experience in acute care or ambulatory care/clinic setting within the last five (5) years
• Minimum two (2) years of experience circulating in an inpatient or ambulatory surgery operating room in the past five (5) years

• Registered Nurse License (Oregon)
• Basic Life Support certification required
