RN, Outpatient ON Call - SPA​/PACU

The RN participates as a member of the health care team in delivering quality health care to patients, addressing acute and chronic needs of Health Plan members and other patients. This role is ideal for experienced nurses who are committed to providing exceptional patient care.

• Provide a variety of nursing services both in person and by phone.
• Utilize the nursing process and leadership skills to address patient needs.
• Demonstrate personal commitment to service and socially relevant practice.
• Adhere to Quality of Service Standards and Behavioral Guidelines.
• Act as an advocate for individuals, groups, and communities.
• Utilize a critical thinking approach to problem solve and make decisions.
• Provide culturally sensitive nursing care to a diverse population.
• Participate in population-based care activities and health education.
• Document nursing care provided in compliance with standards.
• Apply effective oral and written communication skills in interactions.

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required.

• Minimum two (2) years of RN experience in acute care or ambulatory care/clinic setting within the last five (5) years.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in Critical Care within the last five (5) years.

• Current RN License in Oregon.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support required at hire.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support within 6 months of hire.
• Basic Life Support required.
• Moderate Sedation Competency required within 6 months of hire.
