Emergency Room RN Evenings

The Emergency Room RN at Kaiser Permanente is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for experienced nurses who excel in critical thinking and collaboration with healthcare teams.

• Pay: $53 - $79/hour
• Location: Clackamas, OR
• Facility: Kaiser Permanente
• Schedule: Full Time, Evening shift

• Perform accurate multi-system assessments, including biophysical, psychosocial, and educational needs.
• Develop an individual nursing plan of care sensitive to the developmental needs of the patient.
• Initiate appropriate measures based on protocol for managing medical and/or surgical patients.
• Evaluate assessment methods, plan of care, and patients' responses to treatment.
• Coordinate patient care activities and discharge planning with other departments and agencies.
• Document care accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR) according to policy and procedure.
• Utilize a multidisciplinary approach when appropriate.
• Accurately calculate and administer medications.
• Participate in unit quality assurance activities.
• Perform all necessary procedures correctly and initiate measures in emergency situations.

• Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) required

• Experienced level required

• Current RN License in Oregon
