Position Overview

EOSOL Group is seeking a QC Manager to support a utility-scale solar project located in Arlington, Oregon (100+ MW).

The Quality Control Manager will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality standards throughout the construction lifecycle, ensuring that corporate Quality Management System (QMS) requirements are effectively translated into field execution. The role will serve as the primary quality representative on-site, driving continuous improvement, turnover readiness, inspection compliance, and quality assurance across all project activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and maintain project quality programs in alignment with corporate QMS requirements.
  • Translate quality procedures, standards, and policies into practical field execution plans.
  • Coordinate turnover processes and ensure readiness of quality documentation packages.
  • Verify completion of critical-to-quality inspections and hold points.
  • Conduct quality audits, inspections, and field assessments.
  • Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and contractual requirements.
  • Identify quality risks, deficiencies, and non-conformances before they impact project execution.
  • Lead root-cause investigations and corrective/preventive action processes.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and implementation of new quality processes.
  • Coordinate closely with Construction Managers, Site Managers, QA/QC Inspectors, and subcontractors.
  • Track and manage punch lists, turnover documentation, and close-out activities.
  • Prepare quality reports, metrics, and project performance dashboards.
  • Participate in client quality meetings and represent the project during audits and inspections.
