Responsibilities- Sample, quarantine, and label incoming raw materials used in dietary supplement manufacturing following cGMP guidelines and established procedures.
- Review Certificates‑of‑Analysis for compliance with purchase specifications.
- Sample, quarantine, test, label, and release approved packaging materials used in the manufacturing process.
- Operate forklift and electric pallet jack for material movements; lift and stack up to 60 lbs daily.
- Submit raw material samples for internal and contract laboratory analysis in a timely manner.
- Assist in physical characteristics testing of raw materials as needed.
- Document and communicate internal non‑conformances and out‑of‑specification conditions to quality leadership.
- Support the QC Manager or others during investigations for non‑conformances or customer complaints.
- Provide training and guidance as necessary.
- Maintain organization of the raw material sample room to adhere to GMP sanitation and cleanliness standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Must be able to lift/stack up to 60 lbs daily.
- Must successfully pass all job‑related tests and certifications required for working in a cGMP, quality environment; re‑qualify annually as required.
- A.S. degree in Food Science, Biology, or Chemistry preferred.
- Minimum two years’ experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within quality control.
- Experience with FDA/cGMP compliance preferred.
- Proficiency with MS Office.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong written and speaking English skills in technical contexts.
- Legal right to work in the United States.
- Must pass a drug screen and a background check in accordance with HWP standards.

Salary Ranges: $47,312 - $59,140
