QA Analyst Lead Primary Skills
- Web and manual testing
- Should be able to create test cases, use cases, FSD
- Develop standards and procedures to determine product quality and release readiness
- Should follow Systematic working like use of Reporting System like Bugzilla
- Should have multitasking ability
Knowledge of MAC OS, Mobile device testing etc.
Role/Responsibility- Create a list of milestones and checkpoints and set measurable criteria to check the quality on timely basis.
- Ensure all development tasks meet quality criteria through test planning, test execution, quality assurance and issue tracking.
- Perform quality audit to ensure quality standards and procedure are being followed by the QA Team.
- Motivating team for achieving continuous Improvement.
