Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Escrow Officer to join our team in St Helens, OR. This full-time, on-site role involves overseeing the escrow process in residential and commercial real estate transactions, preparing documents, managing funds, and coordinating with all parties involved to ensure successful closings. Responsibilities include verifying property titles, addressing escrow requirements, complying with regulations, resolving client inquiries, and managing deadlines efficiently to meet client needs.

Qualifications
  • Expertise in title and escrow processes, including title review, escrow instructions, and closing documentation
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills to effectively liaise with clients, lenders, real estate agents, and other stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in utilizing escrow software systems and other office technologies
  • Knowledge of real estate laws, industry standards, and regulatory compliance practices
  • Problem-solving proficiency to identify and resolve title or escrow-related challenges efficiently
  • Previous experience in the title or escrow industry is preferred
  • Notary Public certification (or willingness to obtain) is an advantage
