The U.S. Census Bureau is hiring Part‑Time Field Representatives to support ongoing survey work. This position offers flexible hours, paid training, and mileage reimbursement at $0.725 per mile. Field Representatives play a critical role in collecting survey data, working outdoors, meeting people, and contributing to data integrity.

• Interview respondents to collect survey data as required for ongoing surveys.
• Read survey materials and conduct in‑person interviews at respondents’ homes.
• Communicate with respondents, supervisors, and other personnel as appropriate.
• Maintain personal payroll records that reflect hours worked, miles driven, and reimbursements for travel.

• U.S. citizenship.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Meet conditions of employment as outlined in the referenced USajobs announcement.

Additional eligibility: must be a U.S. citizen, legal permanent resident, or otherwise authorized to work in the United States.

Hourly rate: $17.45 to $22.68 depending on experience.
