Warner Music Group's Center of Excellence for Shared Services is the home to the financial, legal, and administrative functions that provide critical support and best-in-class services to all U.S. record labels, publishing and artist & label services divisions. The Nashville center embodies the innovative and creative spirit that stems from the company’s deep history in nurturing entrepreneurial thinking and artist-focused innovation, enabling our employees to develop a wide range of skills through cross function collaboration and development opportunities.

We have transitioned to a hybrid work schedule at this time, allowing our employees to work a combination of in-office and virtual days. These work arrangements will be periodically reviewed based on business needs.

Here you’ll get to:

  • Prepare, analyze, and distribute participation profit share and distribution statements according to contractual agreements

  • Compile and review transactional data to support statement reporting

  • Interpret, and summarize artist and label contracts, create related statements and financial schedules, provide contractual and financial data for deal models and analysis

  • Apply your financial accounting skills: review profitability analysis, identify variances and trends, create commentary to explain insights from financial statements, perform reconciliations, update cash forecasts and budgets,…
