Job Title:
Brand Merchandising (AV/Assort visual)

Location:
Beaverton, OR

• The nature of the work is focused on consumer insights, assortment planning, Go to Market, and product management activities.
• Ensure merchandised assortments allow appropriate segmentation, deliver differentiation of the marketplace and drive incremental growth
• Finalize all category assortment plans and gain resolution against issues on flow, pricing and distribution decisions
• Work to ensure assortment category vision is driven to the retail floor and that end state is profitable consumer right assortment.
• Optimize the planning and placement of products in the appropriate format

• Typically requires a bachelor’s degree and minimum of 5 years’ directly relevant work experience
• Note:
  
  One of the following alternatives may be accepted:
  PhD or Law + 3 yrs;
  Masters + 4 yrs;
  Associate degree + 6 yrs;
  High School + 7 yrs.
• Degree preferred, not a hard requirement
• 5+ years’ experience required in a merchandising role
