Furioso Vineyards is a boutique winery in the heart of the Dundee Hills AVA, producing critically acclaimed Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and other unique varietals such as Tocai Friulano, Pinot Meunier, Kerner, Teroldego, and Melon de Bourgogne. Our modern, glass-walled tasting room offers guests an immersive view into the winemaking process, and our team is known for delivering genuine, knowledgeable hospitality.

As a Wine Educator, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, guiding them through curated tastings while sharing insight into our vineyards, winemaking techniques, and brand philosophy. You’ll support our direct-to-consumer (DTC) program through wine sales, club sign-ups, and top-tier service in a fast-paced, rewarding environment. Experience or interest in planning and running events is a plus.

• Conduct engaging and informative wine tastings for guests
• Educate visitors about Furioso’s wines, vineyards, and winemaking approach
• Promote and sign up guests for wine club memberships
• Operate POS system and process transactions accurately (Commerce7 experience a plus)
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of tasting spaces
• Contribute to team goals and support fellow staff members

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid OLCC Alcohol Service Permit and Food Handlers (or ability to obtain both)
• Prior hospitality, tasting room, or restaurant experience preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work on weekends and holidays
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required

Hourly Pay: $19.00/hour + the following incentives:

• Tips:
  Participation in the daily tip pool (approx. $2,000/month on average)
• Commissions: 2% on personal wine bottle sales
• Wine Club Bonuses: $25–$75 per signup + up to $400/month in tiered incentives

• Full-Time: 4 days per week, on a 4/10 work schedule.
• Typical summer shifts are 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
