The nature of the work is focused on consumer insights, assortment planning, Go to Market, and product management activities.
- Ensure merchandised assortments allow appropriate segmentation, deliver differentiation of the marketplace, and drive incremental growth
- Finalize all category assortment plans and gain resolution against issues on flow, pricing, and distribution decisions
- Work to ensure assortment category vision is driven to the retail floor and that end state is profitable consumer right assortments
- Optimize the planning and placement of products in the appropriate format
WHAT YOU BRING
- Typically requires a bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 5 years directly relevant work experience
