• Greet and engage every customer in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Provide excellent customer service and help customers discover POP MART products and characters.
• Build product knowledge to confidently explain collections, blind boxes, new releases, and promotions.
• Support store sales goals, including UPT (Units Per Transaction) and ATV (Average Transaction Value) through genuine recommendations and add-on selling.
• Operate the register accurately and follow all cash-handling procedures.
• Restock merchandise and keep shelves and displays organized and visually appealing.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the sales floor, register area, stockroom, and other store areas.
• Assist with shipment, inventory, product organization, and replenishment.
• Follow loss-prevention and store security procedures.
• Communicate with managers regarding customer concerns, inventory issues, or other store needs.
• Work collaboratively with the team and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Follow POP MART policies, procedures, dress code, attendance expectations, and brand standards.
• Assist with opening and closing responsibilities when assigned.
• Be available to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

A friendly, dependable, and energetic team member who enjoys interacting with customers and working in a fast-paced retail environment. The ideal candidate is a team player, communicates well, takes initiative, and has an interest in POP MART products, collectibles, art toys, or pop culture.

• Retail or customer-service experience is preferred but not required.
• Candidates should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, reliable attendance, and the ability to stand for extended periods and perform normal retail tasks such as stocking and moving merchandise.
