What you will do
  • Develop and implement comprehensive account strategies that align with clients' business objectives, ensuring long‑term growth and mutual success.
  • Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with senior executives at ag retail organizations, positioning the company as a trusted advisor and solution provider.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to broaden the customer base.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets by effectively managing a pipeline of opportunities, from lead generation through to successful deal closure.
  • Collaborate with the Head of FMIS, North America to create and implement sales strategies that align with organizational objectives.
  • Leverage in‑depth knowledge of the ag retail sector to anticipate market shifts, inform clients of relevant developments, and tailor solutions that address evolving industry challenges.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to promote solutions and build brand visibility.
  • Partner with internal teams, including product development and customer success, to ensure solutions meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
  • Lead negotiations with high‑value clients, ensuring outcomes are mutually beneficial and aligned with business goals.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing concerns and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling.
  • Monitor the marketplace and analyze opportunities, providing competitive analysis, strategies, and tactics.
