We have immediate openings for Product Advisors in our Bend, OR headquarters. This isn’t like your typical high-pressure sales job that requires cold calling. We have an enthusiastic customer base that is looking for accurate, honest and knowledgeable advice on products to help them have more fun on their boats.

Our training is extensive and will get you up to speed on the products we offer. We also offer ample opportunity to actually get on the water and have fun with coworkers.

We are looking for individuals with excellent communication skills (both verbal and typing), a strong attention to detail, and a self-motivated “go-getter” personality.

As part of the Customer Experience Team, first and foremost, the primary function of this role is to make sure customers are taken care of, whether that is done directly via phone, chat or email, or indirectly through education, training and content creation.

• You will help field product questions and create an overall positive shopping experience.
• You will be counted on to share your immense product knowledge and personal experience with our customers in order to help them find the best-suited products for their needs, wants, and budget.
