Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a Field Sales Specialist. The role involves engaging with customers to provide tailored solutions, driving sales by identifying customer needs, generating leads, and delivering excellent customer experiences. Responsibilities include building strong relationships with potential clients, managing the sales process, and meeting or exceeding sales targets while working collaboratively with the broader sales team.
Qualifications- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and address their needs
- Proficiency in Sales and Lead Generation processes for acquiring and retaining customers
- Experience in Sales Operations, including account management and tracking sales performance
- Self-motivated and results-focused with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with sales tools and CRM platforms is a plus
- Prior experience in telecommunications or a related field is advantageous
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in business, marketing, or related field is a plus
