Inbound Sales Development Representative - Entry Level

About the role

In this role, you’ll help organizations of all sizes gain access to more resources to grow their impact.

• Research organizations that would be a good fit for Instrumentl
• Make over 400 dials per week to engage prospects and book demos with the team
• Track and document account and decision‑maker details in our CRM to close deals
• Learn how our value proposition applies to different types of organizations so you can engage in quality conversations on the phone
• Spend 10% of your time collaborating with other departments and working on experiments that could be a force multiplier

• Book 10+ demos for the team every week through top‑of‑funnel outreach
• Win over organizations with fast follow‑through, strong attention to detail, and palpable customer empathy
• Communicate insights and blockers from conversations to help improve our pitch

• A recent graduate or early in your career
• Ability to thrive working in a remote sales environment
• Interested in sales, startups, or customer‑facing roles
• Comfortable talking to new people and building relationships
• You welcome feedback, champion new ideas, and encourage others to do likewise
• You’re curious and constantly ‘getting to the bottom of things’
• You don’t mind rolling up your sleeves and doing hard work
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Internship or leadership experience

• OTE $60,000‑$75,000
