As a Sales Assistant, you’ll play a critical role in supporting our Account Managers, delivering exceptional service to customers, and helping drive revenue growth.
What You’ll Do- Support the sales team by prospecting and qualifying new leads
- Prepare and submit quotes, orders, and customer documentation
- Manage inbound and outbound phone activity
- Assist Account Managers with projects, follow‑ups, and daily tasks
- Schedule customer meetings, presentations, and product discussions
- Create and deliver presentations showcasing Disdero’s product offerings
- Track sales activities and follow up on leads, quotes, and open opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process
- Send product samples, displays, and materials to customers
- Thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
- Participate in occasional travel as needed
- 2+ years of sales or customer‑facing experience
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong relationship‑building and customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Comfortable with basic accounting/mathematical concepts
- A background in building materials, construction, architectural sales, or related fields is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate based on the position requirements and market data. Actual compensation will depend on factors including experience, qualifications, skills, geographic location, and other job‑related considerations. Blue Linx also offers a comprehensive benefits package including health care, dental, vision, life and disability insurance starting the first day of the month, 15 days of paid time off that start accruing your first day, and 8 paid holidays per year.
