Candidate Profile
  • Sales Acumen: Prior experience in B2B, showroom, or residential sales is an asset but not required; drive, determination, and eagerness to learn are essential.
  • Exceptional Communication: Strong verbal and written skills to build rapport, present solutions, and close deals.
  • Proactive & Client‑Centric Approach: Positive, customer‑focused attitude with a proactive mindset and enthusiasm to exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales growth by prospecting, engaging, and nurturing relationships with B2B distributors and commercial clients in the Alberta market.
  • Educate customers on product features and benefits, positioning TOTO as the preferred choice.
  • Understand client needs, provide tailored solutions, and maintain high satisfaction.
  • Strategically maximize opportunities to achieve and surpass sales goals.
  • Accurately maintain client interaction and transaction records in the CRM system.
