Lead Generation Representative

Quadient is looking for a motivated Lead Generation Representative to identify sales opportunities in our Mail Related Services segment and support our Field Sales team. The role involves outbound calls (120–140 daily), identifying and qualifying leads, using data insights, providing feedback, collaborating across teams, and maintaining accurate records in Salesforce CRM.

Responsibilities
  • Meet daily outbound call targets (120–140 calls).
  • Identify and qualify sales opportunities through high‑volume outbound calling.
  • Use data insights to improve performance and campaign results.
  • Provide feedback to managers and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce CRM.
  • Communicate effectively and build strong internal and external relationships.
Qualifications
  • 2–5 years of B2B lead generation, appointment setting, or business development experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience making 100+ outbound calls daily.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Compensation: USD 21.50 - USD 21.50 per hour.
