ADP is hiring a Sales Representative, Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO).
What You’ll Do- Grow Our Business While Growing Yours:
Work within a defined, protected territory to close sales, win business, and reach sales goals by implementing a top-down sales strategy. - Turn Prospects into Loyal and Referring Clients:
Close sales by recommending the right solutions, help clients understand and solve real business needs, and earn referral business by networking with existing and prospective clients. - Deepen Relationships Across the ADP Family:
Cross-sell cloud-based human resources solutions and other ADP services within existing accounts, cultivating additional business. - Collaborate Daily:
Serve as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to clients, internal partners, and the broader network, demonstrating grace under pressure and the highest ethical standards. - Receive ongoing sales training to support career growth and advancement.
Required Qualifications
- Positive Self-Starter:
Upbeat, persistent style; able to cold call without fear of rejection; manage time well, prioritize deliverables, multitask; present ideas clearly in writing, in person, and over the phone. - Strategic Closer:
Established network and experience carrying a quota in outside business-to-business sales; proven track record of closing sales, winning clients, and managing a territory. - Proven Winner:
Ambitious spirit who thrives under pressure, motivating to hit and exceed sales quotas.
- Ability to successfully build a network and effectively use social media for sales.
Education and Experience
- College degree is great but not required; relevant experience includes:
- Three years of business-to-business sales experience (preferably field sales) within a results-driven environment.
- Military experience, with discipline, commitment, and problem-solving abilities.
- Reliable transportation to meet with clients within your territory.
Base salary offers may vary based on location, skills, and experience; additional compensation may include bonus, equity or commissions. Salary range: $44,800 – $97,200 per year.
