Job SummaryThe Enterprise Account Executive is responsible for mastering SHI’s value proposition to exceed revenue and profit goals by developing strategic sales approaches and cultivating relationships with existing and new customers. The role involves identifying sales opportunities, collaborating with internal teams and external partners, and effectively communicating SHI’s portfolio of solutions tailored to customer objectives.
Responsibilities- Master SHI’s value proposition and develop penetrating sales strategies and pricing proposals.
- Conduct cold calling, meetings, and networking to cultivate relationships with existing customers and establish new accounts.
- Identify and create opportunities in the sales pipeline to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
- Collaborate with sales management to manage sales opportunities and maintain joint selling initiatives.
- Build proactive partnerships with internal SHI support teams and external industry partners.
- Understand customer business objectives, IT priorities, and initiatives to provide tailored solutions.
- Position and communicate SHI’s portfolio of products, services, and capabilities to customers and partners.
- Monitor industry competition and defend SHI’s value proposition.
- Engage extended SHI support teams to identify new business opportunities and leverage resources.
- Participate in local and regional industry events, organizations, and affiliations to build market awareness.
- Continuously educate yourself on industry trends, products, and market conditions.
- Business Acumen: Evaluate market trends and competitive landscape.
- Closing Deals: Develop and implement a strategic plan for closing deals and secure outcomes.

- Completed Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience.
- Minimum 3–5 years of successful sales experience.
- Minimum 50% time outside of an office setting, meeting with customers.
- Travel to customer sites within dedicated territory.
- Travel to SHI, partner, and customer events.
- Hold or obtain required sales and/or technical certifications within 90 days of employment.
- Estimated annual pay range: $120,000 – $250,000 (base salary and commissions).
