The OpportunityWe’re looking for a high-performing, self-driven Account Executive to help scale our JAPAC growth. This is an opportunity for a true hunter who thrives on building pipeline, opening new markets, and winning strategic customers.
You’ll own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and discovery through to negotiation and close — selling into mid-market and enterprise brands across JAPAC. You’ll have the support of our Product and Measurement Strategy teams to help deliver compelling solutions and create measurable customer outcomes.
This role is ideal for someone who knows how to sell complex martech solutions, has existing relationships with marketing leaders, and enjoys operating with autonomy in a high-growth environment.
Who We’re Looking For- Proven track record of generating pipeline and closing new business
- Comfortable owning outbound prospecting, account strategy, and relationship building
- Motivated by winning new logos and exceeding targets
- Minimum 5 years’ experience selling enterprise marketing technology solutions
- Experience selling to marketing decision-makers (CMO, VP Marketing, Growth, Digital, Analytics, Media) across JAPAC markets
- Existing network within brands is highly valued
- Retail industry experience is a strong advantage
- Manage the full sales journey from prospecting through to contract signature
- Partner with Product and Measurement Strategy teams during evaluation and implementation stages
- Run structured sales processes using methodologies such as MEDDPICC
- Comfortable working independently and building your own operating rhythm
- Highly organised, process-driven, and disciplined in pipeline management
- Able to identify opportunities, create momentum, and execute without heavy oversight
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, trade shows, and customer meetings
- Build relationships across the marketing ecosystem
- Willingness to travel within JAPAC as required
