Sales Leadership Rotational Program

Program Overview

• Engage in practical experiences aligned with your strengths and interests, gaining cross‑functional insights into the entire business.
• Provide a well‑rounded learning experience within multiple areas of the commercial organization and within partnering functions (Marketing, Customer Experience, etc.).
• Receive mentoring from a key leader within the organization.
• Upon completion of the rotational program, be placed into a key commercial role such as Business Development Manager, Area Sales Manager, or Sales Enablement Manager.
• Approximately 50% travel required depending on the individual program rotation path.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a similar discipline.
• Prior professional experience required.
• Experience in the plumbing & mechanical, or construction industry is a plus.
• Highly motivated, disciplined and organized.
• Effective communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
• Ability to build long‑lasting relationships.
• Solution‑oriented mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing environments.
• Passion for continuous learning and development.
• Ability to travel for extended periods.
