Pharmaceutical Sales Representative

Genesis Compounding Pharmacy is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated, relationship-driven Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join our team!

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong provider relationships, expanding territory growth, and helping connect patients and practices with personalized compounding solutions.

• Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, clinics, and healthcare providers
• Educate providers on Genesis Pharmacy’s compounding services and wellness offerings
• Grow and manage assigned sales territory
• Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
• Utilize Genesis’s CRM system to manage accounts, track interactions, document activity, and maintain organized communication workflows
• Collaborate with internal pharmacy and support teams to ensure exceptional customer service

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Sales experience preferred (healthcare/pharmacy experience is a plus, but not required)
• Self-motivated and organized
• Comfortable with territory travel and outreach
• Experience using CRM systems or willingness to learn
