We are seeking to add a key member to our Residential Landscape Installation Department in the role of Landscape Installation Salesperson. As our Landscape Installation Salesperson, you will work directly with homeowners to create, estimate & sell landscape renovations and installations. You’ll spend your time finding solutions for your customer’s needs, expanding your network, and managing your own schedule in a friendly, organized and supportive environment.
PrimaryResponsibilities
- Establish and maintain current and potential client relationships.
- Follow up on new leads and referrals efficiently.
- Identify sales prospects and contact these as assigned.
- Prepare and present sales presentations, proposals, and sales contracts.
- Coordinate with on-site project managers and installation crews.
- Identify and resolve client concerns throughout installation and warranty period.
- Coordinate with company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales and achieve annual sales target.
- Minimum 5 years' experience selling residential landscape installation services.
- Knowledge of Northwest plants
- Knowledge of landscape construction
- Basic knowledge of CAD software (such as AutoCAD, Dynascape, Sketch Up) preferred.
- Use excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate with colleagues, clients, and vendors.
- Possess a valid and insurable driver's license.
Ability to navigate through client's property, over possibly uneven and/or sloped terrain.
