Job Description:

  • Join us in redefining what it means to work for a CRO.
  • Work closely with the multidisciplinary project team across the life cycle of the project to ensure data management is thoughtfully planned and delivered in a consistent, timely, and high quality manner.
  • Key contributor to project success through development and utilization of innovative tools to help automate manual tasks and identify data trends in a timely fashion.
  • Constant collaboration with project peers, particularly biostatisticians, statistical programmers, and clinical operations personnel.
  • Independently perform and oversee completion of data management tasks to ensure clinical database design supports project outcomes.
  • Proactively clean clinical trial data and mitigate risks.
  • Effectively communicate data-related decisions to sponsors and ensure data management activities follow all applicable standards and project-specific procedures.
Requirements:
  • BA/BS degree along with at least 2-5 years of clinical data management experience and experience working in clinical trials databases in a commercially available EDC system (e.g. Rave, Medrio, Red Cap, Veeva);
    Medidata Rave build certification a plus.
  • Working knowledge of an electronic data capture (EDC) system and CRF design principles
  • Demonstrated knowledge of data review and reconciliation process
  • Demonstrates effective analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to independently utilize available resources, including following Standard Operations Procedures (SOPs) and templates
  • Able to communicate clearly and effectively both written and verbal
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Self-starter, able to work independently and have the ability to coordinate multiple activities simultaneously in support of various projects.
  • Demonstrates attention to detail and commitment to producing high quality work
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
