Restoration Technician

• Previous handyman or construction experience
• Enjoys working in teams and learning new skills

• Comfortable working outdoors and with hands-on tasks

• Respond promptly to emergency situations, including water damage and fire damage.
• Evaluate and perform restoration activities such as water extraction, fire damage remediation, specialty equipment setup, and demolition.
• Load, inventory, and maintain work vehicles with the necessary tools, equipment, and supplies for each project.
• Communicate safety hazards, job site findings, and equipment requirements to supervisors.
• Maintain open and clear communication with clients, addressing concerns and explaining the restoration process.
• Perform restoration and cleanup tasks, including water extraction, drying, and site clean‑up.

• Valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to work occasional on‑call shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous experience in restoration, construction, or a related field is preferred.
• IICRC certification is a plus.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and in tight spaces such as crawl spaces and attics.
• Ability to repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry objects.
• Ability to work safely with cleaning agents.
