Landscape Enhancement Foreman

Overview

Landscape East & West is a full-service award winning, eco-friendly, customer focused landscape contractor. We are seeking a Landscape Enhancement Foreman with 3+ years' experience in landscape maintenance or landscape construction.

This position is responsible for the enhancement projects at commercial properties (apartment complexes, homeowners associations, etc.).

• Demo existing landscape, site preparation and grading
• Installation of drainage, plants, shrubs & trees, natural stone and concrete paver hardscapes (such as paths, walls, patios)

• 3+ years' experience in landscape maintenance or landscape construction
• At least 1 year of crew leader experience
• Experience operating dingo, trencher, sod cutter, chain saw, weed eater, and power shears preferred but not required
• Ability to lift 50-75 lbs, maneuver through client s property with equipment, and operate truck and trailer
• Candidate must possess a valid, insurable driver’s license and be 18 years or older
• Ability to manage and communicate effectively with both employees and onsite contacts
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
