Senior Electricians – Offshore Drilling Rigs

Valaris is seeking experienced Electricians to maintain critical electrical systems aboard offshore drilling rigs. This role includes preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on generators, VFDs, HVAC, and other essential rig systems. Candidates must have offshore electrical experience and strong troubleshooting skills. The role offers the opportunity to work on state-of-the-art vessels in high-performance environments.

• High School Diploma
• 5+ years of electrical experience on drilling vessels (2+ years as an electrician)
• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of HVAC, motors, VFDs, generators, and rig distribution systems
• Ability to work offshore on a rotational basis
• Pass medical clearances and meet company safety standards

• Experience with Performance Standards and Barrier Management Systems
• Familiarity with VAMS and offshore regulatory compliance
• Ability to lead maintenance coordination and documentation
• Proven history of working under minimal supervision in high-risk environments
