We are looking for a licensed Journeyman Plumber who enjoys steady work, takes pride in their trade, and wants to be part of a supportive, well-organized service team.

This is residential service plumbing focused on helping homeowners with repairs, replacements, and system improvements. You will have strong support in the field, quality tools, and a team behind you that values doing things the right way.

Every day is different, but the expectation is simple: do quality work, communicate well with customers, and represent the company professionally.

• $44/hour base pay + weekly profit sharing
• Typical annual earnings: $113,000-$150,000. Our Journeyman Plumbers, on average, make $127,000 a year.

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems
• Work in customers' homes with professionalism and care
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with homeowners
• Provide repair and replacement options when appropriate
• Complete accurate job documentation and invoicing
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Work independently while staying connected to a strong team

• Oregon General Journeyman Plumber License (required)
• Residential plumbing experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and code knowledge
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, accountable, and professional mindset
• Desire to grow and be part of a long‑term team
