Field Service Technician II

Location:

Portland, OR.

Field Service Technicians play an essential role in keeping commerce running across the globe and serve as ambassadors for the NCR Atleos Brand. This position involves providing best in class service to customers through installation, maintenance, and repair of electromechanical equipment, including ATMs and self-checkout systems.

Salary range: $40,800.00 to $59,200.00.

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment such as ATMs and self-checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance, repair, and system overhauls.
• Manage network faults and traffic, configuration, security, and remote system access.
• Organize, triage customer issues and handle problems before they start.
• Travel locally and potentially throughout the territory, driving for several hours per day.
• Work rotating and weekend shifts as required.
• Carry and lift tools, parts, and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.; bend, squat, walk, stand, sit, reach, and manipulate objects of varying sizes.

• Local candidate to the specific geographic area.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• At least 19 years of age.
• Valid driver's license and driving record meeting NCR Atleos fleet requirements.
• PC skills, basic electronic skills, and operating system familiarity.
• Ability to perform essential functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.

• Familiarity with large servers, mainframe computers, and imaging software.
• A+ Certification, CompTIA N+ Certification.
• One or more years of related experience.
