Landscape East & West is a full‑service award‑winning, eco‑friendly, customer‑focused landscape contractor. We are seeking landscape construction/installation foremen with 7+ years of landscape construction experience. This position is responsible for the installation/renovation of landscape at residential homes.

• Demo of existing landscape
• Site preparation and grading
• Drainage installation
• Irrigation installation
• Natural stone and concrete paver hardscapes (such as paths, walls, patios)
• Plantings
• Lighting
• Other elements per the landscape plan
• Communicate and take direction from the project manager
• Direct crew members on site to complete tasks per production plan
• Assist with training new crew members
• Complete equipment & vehicle inspections
• Operate truck & trailer

• Minimum of 7+ years of landscape construction experience
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in leading a landscape construction crew
• Knowledge and operating experience with A Dingo, skid steer, excavator, trencher, cut‑off saws, and other hand‑held equipment
• Ability to read and understand plan drawings
• Plant identification knowledge
• Ability to manage and communicate effectively with both employees and onsite contacts – bilingual in English & Spanish
• Ability to lift 90 lbs repeatedly throughout the work day
• Able to navigate through client property on uneven/rough terrain
• Possess a valid, insurable driver’s license
• Able to drive the company vehicle with trailer
