• Perform daily maintenance of the building and machines to minimize breakdowns and defects.
• Troubleshoot defects: intervene quickly and find solutions for both minor and complex issues, with a focus on mechanical and hydraulic problems.
• Maintain machines.
• Work with air and water pipes, perform installations, repairs, and maintain piping systems.
• Basic electrical work: simple electrical connections and troubleshooting.
• Metalworking and welding to repair or improve parts or structures.
• Work independently and purchase necessary materials, both locally and internationally.
• Cost‑effective working: evaluate repair options and provide advice on necessary purchases.
