Aggregate Resource Industries, Inc. is seeking Crushing Plant Laborers to join their team supporting portable crushing operations throughout Oregon. These hands‑on roles involve assisting with plant operations, maintenance, and equipment inspections, all while working outdoors and traveling to various job sites. Ideal candidates are hardworking, mechanically inclined, and eager to learn, with a strong commitment to safety and teamwork.

• Annual earnings up to $100,000

• Previous construction experience (preferably with heavy equipment or materials handling)
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no more than 3 moving violations in 3 years, no DUIIs)
• Ability and willingness to travel away from home during the workweek
• Ability to pass a mandatory background check (ATF) and pre-employment drug test/physical
• Physical endurance for extended work hours (12–14-hour days), lifting up to 75 lbs, and working outdoors in all weather
• Commitment to safety and following all procedures

• Experience with crushing operations or aggregate production
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Problem-solving ability and adaptability in the field
• Attention to detail in inspections and repairs
• Demonstrated willingness to learn and develop new skills
