Why Work Here

Wille Truck Service offers hands-on work with heavy-duty trucks and equipment rather than a passenger-car-focused workload. The shop has approximately 10–11 bays, 7 lifts, an alignment rack, a heated work environment, and factory-level diagnostic equipment.

Technicians have access to Ford IDS/FDRS, GM GDS2, Mopar/Chrysler diagnostic tools, CAT ET, Cummins INSITE, Kubota Diagmaster, PACCAR DAVIE, and Tekmetric. Training is available for technicians who have not previously used Tekmetric or digital vehicle inspections.

The shop considers technicians across multiple experience levels, creating opportunities for developing technicians to build their repair and diagnostic skills while experienced technicians can take on advanced diagnostics, electrical troubleshooting, drivability concerns, and complex repairs.

If heavy-duty trucks, diesel systems, and equipment are the work you want to tackle, apply today or connect with Promotive to learn more about the opportunity.

Additional Requirements

Some positions may require a valid driver’s license, motor vehicle record review, background screening, drug or alcohol screening, or other job-related pre-employment requirements based on the duties of the position, the client’s lawful requirements, and applicable law. Any screening will be conducted at the legally permitted stage and in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local law. Qualified applicants, including those with criminal histories, will be considered in accordance with applicable law.
