Heavy-Duty Diesel Technician | $20–$50+/HR + Bonus Wille Truck Service

Monday–Friday

Hours:

7:00 AM–5:00 PM with flexibility

Weekly Work on Heavy-Duty Trucks and Equipment Wille Truck Service is hiring technicians at multiple experience levels, from developing mechanics to advanced diagnostic technicians.

You’ll work on Ford F-550s, Kenworths, commercial trucks, off-road equipment, bulldozers, and other heavy-duty applications.

Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair diesel trucks, commercial vehicles, and heavy equipment

Perform mechanical repairs, maintenance, and general service

Troubleshoot electrical, drivability, and diesel concerns

Service off-road and construction equipment

Use diagnostic tools and software

Assist with repair estimates as needed

Work will be assigned according to each technician’s experience and abilities.

Qualifications Diesel, truck, commercial-vehicle, or heavy-equipment experience

Mechanical aptitude appropriate to assigned repairs

Dependable work habits and willingness to improve

Diagnostic and electrical skills for advanced technicians

Ford, commercial-truck, or off-road-equipment experience is especially relevantASE or related certifications are a plus but not required

Shop and Equipment
10–11 service bays Seven lifts

Alignment rack Heated work environment

Factory-level diagnostic equipment

Diagnostic platforms include Ford IDS/FDRS, GM GDS2, Mopar/Chrysler tools, CAT ET, Cummins INSITE, Kubota Diagmaster, PACCAR DAVIE, and Tekmetric.

Training is available for technicians without Tekmetric or Digital Vehicle Inspection experience.
