You will play a crucial role in ensuring flawless assembly and backing up supervisory responsibilities when needed. This is an outstanding opportunity to be part of a team that prides itself on delivering proven results and maintaining a secure and productive environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Frame and install interior liner panels, exterior sheeting, trim, doors & door hardware, gutters, hoods, pans, and HVAC units.
  • Maintain an excellent driving record and operate company vehicles as required.
  • Represent nVent with integrity and appropriate conduct while working on-site with customers, customer representatives, subcontractors, and fellow employees.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support our world-class manufacturing operations.
  • Foster a workplace environment that is enjoyable, instills pride in our products, and focuses strictly on the customer while providing room for individual responsibilities and ideas.
Education / Experience
  • Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
  • Alternatively, two years related experience and/or training.
  • Or a combination of education and experience that equips you to successfully implement our high standards.
Schedule

Hours are 6:00 am - 4:30 pm, Monday - Thursday. Opportunity for extra hours on Friday.
