Schedule: Monday-Friday; 7:30am-3:30pm (flexible start time)

This is a temp-to-hire position.

Our client is seeking an experienced Avionics Installer / Technician to join their team. You’ll install and upgrade GPS, navigation, communication, autopilot, and engine monitoring systems on single and light twin-engine propeller aircraft. The role involves reading wiring diagrams, troubleshooting systems, and ensuring top-quality, safe installations.

• Install and upgrade GPS, navigation, communication, autopilot, and engine monitoring systems
• Read and follow technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and schematics for precise installations
• Perform system checks, diagnostics, and troubleshooting to ensure proper functionality
• Work closely with team members to deliver safe, high-quality avionics upgrades

• 3+ years of avionics installation experience
• Hands-on experience with single and light twin-engine propeller aircraft (required)
• Familiarity with Garmin avionics systems (strongly preferred)
• Proficient in reading and interpreting wiring diagrams and schematics
• FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) license a plus, but not required
