District is seeking a dedicated Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) contractor for the 2026–2027 school year to provide maternity leave coverage across multiple school sites. This role functions similarly to a roving SLP, supporting a diverse PK–8 student population with varying communication needs.
Caseload & Responsibilities- Approximate caseload of 55 students, 3‑5 year olds
- Services include assessment, direct intervention, progress monitoring, IEP development, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Work is fully in‑person; may consider virtual service permitted via hybrid model
- Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure and/or credential required for school‑based practice
- Experience with birth‑3‑year‑old populations preferred
- Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to adapt to shifting caseloads and school sites
