Our devices push the limits of integrated hardware and software design, emphasizing functional wearability and personalized intelligence. In this role, you will be part of a fast‑paced startup taking products from concept to market.

We're seeking a passionate and experienced engineer to join our growing team.

• 5+ years of professional software development experience developing Database schemas, APIs, and web‑based tools
• Proficient with AI development tools like
  Cursor and Github Copilot
• Strong understanding of server/web stack fundamentals with emphasis on efficient, always available content delivery
• Solid coding practices including good software documentation, continuous integration, automated testing, and peer code reviews
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work optimally with remote team members

• Front‑end: Typescript, React, MUI
• Database: MySQL, Big Query

• Work with company leadership to
  define and implement the technical vision for CIONIC’s software platform
• Mentor junior engineers and build a software team that grows with the company

• Own solutions across the tech stack for their complete lifecycle from idea to legacy
• Solve complex challenges related to real‑time data processing from wearable sensors, scalable cloud infrastructure for personalized intelligence, and robust API design for seamless device‑to‑app communication
• Collaborate with the backend, design, and mobile teams to
  prioritize features for ongoing releases, managing a list of technical requirements based on consumer needs, new technologies, and known issues

• Work remotely with a
  globally distributed team
  , emphasizing accomplishment and progress over routine schedules
• Collaborate across departments including engineering, research, marketing, and commercialization
• Provide technical assessments to
  strategic decision‑making relating to technology and investments
