Job Title – Net Suite Engineer. Job Type – Full Time Contractual. Experience – 3 TO 5 yrs. Work Time – EST Time Zone (Night Shift). Budget – 60k.
Home furnishings store is seeking a proactive and collaborative self‑starter to support the team’s mission to establish a best‑in‑class ERP solution by supporting our existing Net Suite ERP implementation. This will be achieved through developing a deep understanding of financial processes and configuring Net Suite to support our evolving business models. You will interact with multiple team members across the organization and will be instrumental in furthering the team’s mission.

- Develop new solutions for Net Suite to support our evolving business model.
- Support end‑to‑end solutioning: design, develop, test, and deploy Net Suite functionality and enhancements to meet business needs.
- Maintain clear and detailed documentation on new features, enhancements, configuration, and customizations.
- Support all teams by actively identifying gaps between current and desired end‑states, and delivering efficient and effective solutions.
- Ensure procedures, processes, and proper change controls are adhered to on all production changes and implementations.
- Monitor the system and identify critical issues with the existing solutions and proactively design and fix the as‑built solutions.
- Lead root cause analysis where issues are noted and be a champion for prioritization and remediation.
- Work closely with cross‑domain IT teams and 3rd parties to develop and test any multi‑functional solutions.
- Understand and document business requirements; analyze existing and/or new information and applications; propose potential solutions; and complete selected technology solutions.
- Facilitate consistent adoption of best practices, policies, and standards.
- Experience supporting POS/CRM/ERP.
- Have a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Have a minimum of 3 years of related experience in a retail environment.
