Duck Creek Claims Technical Lead
Client: The Doctors company
Duration: 6 Months
Location: US (REMOTE)
Experience: 6-10 Years
Pay Rate: $52-$60/hr C2C
Required Skills: USA P&C Insurance, Duck Creek Claims
Responsibilities- Strong understanding of P&C industry and solutions with 8+ years' experience in Duck Creek Claims which includes leading an onsite team
- Must have technical knowledge of Duck Creek Claims
- Must have detailed understanding on Duck Creek Architecture, Data Model, UI design, processes and events
- Knowledge of Duck Creek product including architecture, data model, components, modules and extensions.
- Experience in configuring Duck Creek Claims product is mandatory.
- Experience in integrating Duck Creek Claims product with in-house systems and third-party systems
- Experience in configuring Duck Creek Claims SaaS is desirable.
- Identifies, communicates and provides solutions to any cross‑area or cross‑release issues that may affect other dependent applications
- Must have implemented minimum 1 Duck Creek Project from Inception to Go Live
- Lead customer discussion with respect to base functionality and customization
- Participate in the full life‑cycle development of the product, including the development, integration, and unit testing of product features
- Develop and document high quality application code consistent with organizational coding standards
- Conduct new technology research; bring fresh ideas and concepts to bear on product development
- 8+ years of experience in Duck Creek Claims
- Experience leading a team
- Strong technical knowledge of Duck Creek Claims and its architectural components
- Experience configuring and customizing Duck Creek Claims
- Experience integrating Duck Creek Claims with other systems
- Experience with SaaS deployment of Duck Creek Claims (desirable)
- Proven track record of leading a project from inception to go‑live
