Truck Driver - Local Class B Part Time

• Loading and unloading crates of groceries to grocery stores
• Home daily

• Part‑time availability to work up to 4 days a week, as needed for coverage
• Saturday through Tuesday availability or Thursday through Sunday availability
• Dispatch ranges between 9 pm to 11 pm

We pay every Friday, and most of our driving positions are home daily.

• Valid Class B CDL Airbrake endorsement required. Applicants must be domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in their state of residence.
• Currently hold, or ability to obtain, a non‑excepted interstate DOT medical card required.
• 1 year of documented relevant commercial vehicle driving experience in the last 5 years required.
• 3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents.
• Follow all federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards, and guidelines.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.
• English language proficiency required (49 C.F.R. 391.11(b)(2)).
• Work the required schedule, location, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation and drug screening.
• Position is regulated by the Department of Transportation or designated as safety‑sensitive. Must maintain constant alertness and safe operation of the vehicle.

• Must see and hear; requires close, distance, peripheral, and depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
• Must move frequently, stand, walk, sit, use hands to touch, handle, and feel, and reach with hands and arms.
• Must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 lbs (23 kg) and occasionally up to 100 lbs (45 kg).
• Must legally operate a motor vehicle and safely enter/exit the vehicle as well as the rear cargo area.
