Driver Class A Hazmat Truck Driver – $7000 Sign On Bonus at Clean Harbors, Inc., Clackamas, OR. Seeking an experienced, full‑time Class A CDL Hazmat truck driver to join our Technical Services team. The position involves picking up waste at customer locations and transporting it to a Clean Harbors location or other disposal sites, making multiple stops per day.

• Ensure health and safety by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting safely at all times.
• Properly load and unload hazardous and non‑hazardous waste (including compatibility of liquid to tank).
• Adhere to weight limits and properly utilize company equipment.
• Properly placard vehicles to meet company and Department of Transportation (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). and regulations.
• Maintain daily logs, worksheets, timecards, expense reports, dispatch & trip reports, and vehicle inspection reports.
• Comply with company policies & procedures and health & safety procedures, DOT, Hazardous Materials/Waste (HAZMAT) and RCRA requirements.
• Adhere to assigned milk‑run schedule of pick‑ups and drop‑offs.
• Communicate regularly with coordinators regarding daily time and demurrage.
• May be required to load and unload your own truck.
• Forklift experience is a plus but not required; training provided.
• Schedule emailed daily as it changes based on customer expectations.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

• Class A CDL required.
• Experience operating a van trailer and tanker.
• Hazmat and tanker endorsements required or willing to obtain upon hire.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer‑service skills required.
• 15% to 30% overnight travel.
• Must be able to drive a CDL manual transmission.
• Must be computer‑savvy and able to operate an iPhone.
