Driver Recruiter

Communicates with company driver applicants through all stages of the onboarding process to recruit, select, and hire qualified individuals for employment with Day & Ross or any of its subsidiaries.

• Source and qualify candidates for various driving roles nationwide
• Reach out to candidates via emails, phone calls, and text messaging to engage drivers.
• Clearly communicate job responsibilities, company culture, and serve as the conduit between quality driver candidates and operational needs.
• Update our ATS (Tenstreet) to reflect current candidate information, including notes, interviews and all data received from third‑party records (MVR, Background Information, etc.).

• Associate's degree or 1 to 2 years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Computer literacy and Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with the Tenstreet Application Management System is preferred.
• Working knowledge of the transportation industry, DOT Regulations and Federal Regulations pertaining to hiring practices.
• Up to 25 percent travel may be required within North America.
